Shipping policy

VATAH ships from the Netherlands across Europe and internationally. We prepare each order with the same care that goes into every product we make.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES
Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

TRACKING
A tracking link is provided with your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@vatah.living.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
