Refund policy

At VATAH, we stand behind everything we create. If something is not right, we want to make it right.

RETURNS
Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vatah.living with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.

OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our products — supplements, skincare, and fragrance — we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are defective. If you believe your product is faulty, please reach out within 7 days of receipt with a description and photograph.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
