Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love every VATAH product you bring into your home.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@vatahliving.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping costs only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
